1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, accessing Vexoris, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Vexoris.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Vexoris account. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and can enter a binding agreement.
3. What Vexoris is
Vexoris is not a public social network. It is a friends-only service built around a single daily question. Users answer once, view eligible friends' answers after answering, and then use the live room tied to that question cycle. Features, timings, and workflows may change over time.
4. Your account and device responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, keeping your device secure, and controlling access to your account. You may not share accounts, impersonate others, or access accounts you do not own or have permission to use.
5. Friend discovery and circle use
You may use Vexoris to find people you already know through contacts or exact search fields. You may not use the service to scrape identities, build datasets, brute-force account discovery, or probe private user information.
6. User content and responsibility for messages
You are solely responsible for all content, messages, answers, profile information, invitations, and other activity associated with your account. That includes whether your communications are unlawful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise improper.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of Vexoris is not responsible for user messages, user-generated content, unlawful activity by users, interactions between users, or harm arising from what users say, send, organize, encourage, or do on or off the service.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Harassing, threatening, doxxing, stalking, exploiting, or abusing any person.
- Using Vexoris for unlawful conduct, conspiracy, trafficking, fraud, incitement, or the planning or promotion of illegal acts.
- Uploading malware, probing security, bypassing restrictions, reverse engineering, or attempting unauthorized access.
- Automating access, scraping data, or using bots or scripts to imitate ordinary user behavior.
- Using false identities, fake contact data, or deceptive account information.
8. Moderation, enforcement, and account action
Vexoris may investigate complaints, review account records, act on abuse reports, remove access, limit features, preserve evidence, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts at any time when necessary to protect users, the public, or the service, or when we believe these Terms have been violated.
We are not obligated to monitor all activity, and the existence or absence of any moderation action does not make us responsible for user conduct.
9. Government, legal process, and law-enforcement cooperation
Vexoris may preserve, review, and disclose account information, metadata, logs, profile information, answer records, friend-graph records, or any other records in our possession when we determine it is necessary or appropriate to comply with law, regulation, subpoena, court order, civil investigative demand, legal process, government request, or law-enforcement request, or to protect rights, safety, property, users, or the service.
We may cooperate with law enforcement and government authorities to the extent permitted or required by law. If content is protected by end-to-end encryption and we do not possess it in readable form, our compliance may be limited to the data and records we actually hold.
10. Daily reset, availability, and service changes
Vexoris is designed around a daily cycle. Question timing, answer access, circle streaks, chat availability, and reset windows depend on service logic, infrastructure, and network conditions. We may modify, pause, or remove any feature at any time, with or without notice.
11. Your content rights and our limited license
As between you and Vexoris, you retain rights you may have in content you create. You grant Vexoris a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, adapt, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and legally support the service.
12. Privacy
Your use of Vexoris is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, retained, and disclosed.
13. No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vexoris is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or error-free operation.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vexoris and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, business opportunity, or device integrity, arising from or related to the service, user conduct, user content, unlawful activity, service interruptions, security incidents, or your inability to access or use the service.
15. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vexoris and its operator from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your account, your content, your use of the service, your communications with other users, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent another jurisdiction's law must apply by operation of law.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Vexoris after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
